Both branches of Wangdek Galleria are opening up a creative space for all merchants, vendors, and reviewers to use our in-store areas for live streaming free of charge!

To ensure orderliness and a pleasant shopping atmosphere for everyone, we kindly request all users to cooperate and comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Space Booking

Interested users must register and book the space in advance before using the service through the following designated channels:

2. Operating Days and Hours

The live streaming space is available only during the specific days and times designated for each branch:

• Vibhavadi Branch: Monday – Saturday, 09:30 AM – 04:00 PM (Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays)

• Srinakarin Branch: Monday – Tuesday, 10:30 AM – 05:00 PM

3. Rules and Prohibitions During Space Usage

• Equipment Preparation: The store does not provide any live streaming equipment (such as tripods, ring lights, or charging cables). Users must bring all their own equipment.

• Etiquette and Atmosphere: Users must not disturb other customers shopping in the store or staff members performing their duties. The use of loudspeakers to play music or making excessive noise is strictly prohibited.

• Product Handling: Unboxing or removing products from their packaging for reviews is strictly prohibited to maintain the quality of our merchandise.

• Use of Store Property: Users are strictly forbidden from using the store's boxes, shipping parcels, bubble wrap, adhesive tape, or any other supplies. These are the private property of the store and may not be used for personal benefit.

4. Parcel and Logistics Management

• The store does not accept parcel drop-offs or take responsibility for any shipping and logistics resulting from users' live streams, sales, or transactions.

• Users must entirely handle, arrange, and manage their own product shipping and logistics.

Please Note: Wangdek Galleria reserves the right to ask users to leave the premises or suspend future access to the service if any violations of the above rules are found, in order to maintain order and ensure the collective benefit of all store visitors.
